No matter when I show up (with or without an appointment), the people there make an effort to get my concerns addressed and questions answered. I am especially impressed by the help I get from ‘my agent’, Shawna Kubecka. She is patient, works hard to understand my needs and explains and re-explains so I have the tools I need to make good decisions. A big plus is that when she is not available, she has left sufficient ‘breadcrumbs’ for seamless service. State Farm may not be the cheapest insurance option, but for me, the service makes the difference worthwhile."
